The Pinch (aka the PMT Group) offers guests a stylish environment to stay in and a memorable culinary adventure, with locations in New York City and London. Located at the heart of historic Charleston, The Pinch is housed in three separate buildings, two impeccably restored Victorian-style structures, part of the National Register of Historic Places, and a newly constructed one with great views.
The hotel offers 25 rooms & suites and 3 residences for your extended stay. The apartments are expertly designed with high spec finishes and luxurious amenities such as luxury kitchens, full layouts, farmhouse sinks, stunning tile work, and more. The walls throughout the property are covered in different types of artwork.
Good design is prevalent throughout the entire property and blends well with the building’s original architecture. It also maintains a refined look for present-day guests, drawing in their style & energy.

Randall Cook, CEO, and co-founder of Method Co., the development company behind The Pinch, spoke about what Charleston’s prime property has to offer.
The hotel will feature 2 restaurants that are scheduled to open this summer. A turn-of-the-century oyster house and bar will treat patrons to fresh seafood and craft cocktails, while a destination restaurant with several dining areas will offer guests a seasonal menu “rooted in French techniques and southern traditions,” as well as an upscale meat restaurant.
This bar is located in lower Manhattan and has a wood-burning fireplace, original pine floors, and a copper bar that will offer one of the city’s widest whiskey lists. It also has one of the largest amounts of intimacy found in New York City. Stroll along the pathway leading to the patio and garden, which is just off of the lobby and has a fireplace, beautiful flowers, and a place to relax. This will be where you can have a drink or lunch while enjoying the beautiful scenery.
