He tiramisu with hazelnut cream it’s a dessert spoon easy and delicious, a variation of the classic tiramisu, ideal to serve as a delicious dessert at the end of the meal. In our recipe, we made the cream with mascarpone, hazelnut cream e panna, without eggs. The cream will be spread on savoyard biscuits immersed in a mix of coffee and cold water, alternating layers until you have finished the ingredients. The surface will be sprinkled with chopped hazelnuts and decorated with more hazelnut cream. The dessert should then rest in the fridge for at least an hour before being served. Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps.

You can replace the mascarpone with ricotta, if you prefer and decorate the surface as you wish.

How to prepare a tiramisu with hazelnut cream

In a bowl, mix the mascarpone with the hazelnut cream using an electric whisk. Add the whipped cream and mix well.
Mix the coffee with cold water and soak the ladyfingers.
Start whipping the tiramisu by spreading a first layer of cream in the pan. Carefully lay out the ladyfingers and coat them with more cream.
Pour the hazelnut cream in waves, place another layer of biscuits and cover with the remaining cream. Decorate with more hazelnut cream.
Refrigerate for 1 hour. Before serving the tiramisu, sprinkle the crushed hazelnuts.


You can store the tiramisu with hazelnut cream in the fridge for 2-3 dayscovered with cling film or inside an airtight container.
