How to make cupcakes for Valentine’s Day

To prepare Valentine’s Day cupcakes, start by making the dough. Start by softening the butter, leaving it out of the fridge for 15/20 minutes. Meanwhile, dissolve the cocoa in a bowl with hot water 1 and keep it aside.

In another bowl, combine the softened butter and sugar, until the mixture is smooth and well blended 2.
