How to make vegetable pancakes

Mix kefir with salt, sugar and egg. Add flour, baking soda and continue mixing.

Add the already cooked peas, carrots and zucchini cut into small pieces.

Transfer the dough to the piping bag.

Fry pancakes in hot oil until golden brown.

The vegetable pancakes are ready to be served.


You can use the vegetables you prefer or available to you, depending on your needs. You can also flavor the dough with paprika, turmeric or with the spices you prefer.


You can keep the vegetable pancakes for 1-2 days in an airtight container, but it is advisable to consume them immediately after preparation, to enjoy them at best.
