How to make a water cake

In a small bowl, combine the water with the sugar, lemon zest and seed oil.

In a bowl, sift the flour and baking powder. vanilla and a pinch of salt. Add the previously prepared mixture and mix well until you get a creamy mixture.

Pour the batter into the circular mold (20cm in diameter) and bake. Bake at 175°C for 45 minutes.

Leave the cake to cool before unmolding it and dust with icing sugar before serving.


If the oven is preheated, be careful as cooking may take place more quickly.
