How to make whole cauliflower with herb pesto

First, clean the cauliflower. Then let it boil in water for 10 minutes. When ready, transfer to a mixing bowl.

In a small bowl, mix the oil with the paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Paint the cauliflower with the mixture and cook it in a static oven at 180° for 15 minutes.

Next, move on to preparing the pesto: blend the walnuts, chives, parsley, rocket, nutritional yeast, juice of half a lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Pour and spread the pesto over the cooked cabbage and garnish with a few pumpkin seeds.

Advice

You can replace the pumpkin seeds with whatever you like.

storage

Store leftover cauliflower in a glass container in the zero drawer of the fridge and reheat before serving again. If stored correctly, it will keep intact for a couple of days.
