How to prepare orange cake

Cut the oranges into small pieces and place them in the bowl. Blend them with milk and seed oil.

Add the eggs, sugar, flour and baking powder and mix with the mixer until you get a homogeneous and compact mass.

Pour the dough into the circular mold and bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.

Sprinkle icing sugar over the cake and serve.

Advice

Use the milk you prefer, even without lactose or vegetable.

storage

Keep leftover cake under a glass bell jar – it will stay soft for about 3 days.
