The spare ribs in barbecue sauce I’m a typical American dish, also known as “BBQ Ribs”, which is mainly prepared during summer barbecues. A juicy and very tender recipe, in which the ribs come glaze with the barbecue saucewhich you can prepare at home or buy ready-made: serve them for a family dinner, accompanied by a fresh salad, or for a special occasion, serving them with French fries.
For the success of the recipe it is important to buy one instead of the separate ribs whole steak and fleshy: it is a cut that has a good part of waste, so 2 kg will be enough for 4 people. Ribs will be first dry marinades with a spice mix called rub (in this case dry rub, or dry), then cooked in the oven and finally glaze with the bbq sauce prepared: a true delight that does not require too many precautions. If you prefer, you can cook the ribs too grilledo in the pan: in this last case, however, you will not be able to use the whole steak. As for the sauce, if you prefer a more delicate seasoning, you can add a tablespoon of miele.
If you like this cut of pork, also try the recipe for stewed spare ribs, that of baked ribs with potatoes, or that of rib stew.
