How to prepare the chocolate donut
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar. Get a clear and foamy mix.
Add the milk, 00 flour, cornmeal and baking powder.
Butter the donut pan and pour the dough into it.
Spread out several floured chocolate chunks.
Bake in a static oven at 190°C for 35 minutes.
Sprinkle icing sugar over the bundt cake.

You can season the dough with 1 teaspoon vanilla or with the grated peel of half a lemon.
