How to prepare cream puff pastry parcels

Pour the egg yolks into the saucepan with the sugar and cornstarch. Mix with the whisk until the ingredients dissolve.

Pour the milk while stirring on the heat for about 10 minutes, or until you get the cream.

Transfer it to a bowl and place it in the fridge to cool.

Cut the puff pastry into even rectangles.
