How to prepare tangerine upside-down cake with yogurt
Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add the vegetable oil, vanilla yogurt, baking powder and flour and mix to prepare a creamy and smooth dough.
Butter the rectangular pan and place the mandarins inside.
Sprinkle the sugar and pour in the dough.
Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Turn the cake over and dust with icing sugar.

To prepare the dough you can also use low-fat yogurt or Greek yogurt.
