Eggplant pizzas: the recipe for a simple and tasty appetizer
The Eggplant Pizzas I am a antipasti simple and delicious, also ideal as finger food as an aperitif or as second light dish. How to make eggplant pizza
Cut the eggplants and tomatoes into slices.
In a bowl, season the olive oil with salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika, dried oregano and pepper.
Pour a drizzle of oil on the parchment paper and arrange the eggplant slices. Brush the eggplants with seasoned oil.
Add tomatoes and brush with more seasoned oil. Bake in a static oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Place the mozzarella slices on each pizza, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with dried oregano. Bake another 15 minutes.
Eggplant pizzas are ready to be served.
