How to make sweet chocolate dumplings

Mix the apple jam with the chopped walnuts for the filling.

Flour the ice tray and place the first roll of puff pastry on top. Paste the dough in the molds.

Pour half of the apple filling and the other half of the hazelnut cream.

Place the second roll of puff pastry on top and adhere well. Trim the edges with a pizza cutter. Leave in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Separate into squares by cutting with the dough cutter and place the candies in the dish.

Paint the dough with beaten egg and cook in a static oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving the treats.

Advice

If you want, you can substitute the apple jam for the one you like best.

storage

Keep the sweet packets under a glass bell – they will stay soft for about 3-4 days.
