How to make cheese stuffed scallops

Fry the hake and the prawns in a pan with a drizzle of oil. Put them on a plate.

Also fry the chopped onion over low heat. When it starts to brown, add the flour and stir so that it is toasted. Pour in the milk and stir until thickened. Fix with a little salt and pepper.

Pour in the tomato puree and mix. Add the hake and prawns and continue mixing until you get a nice creamy mixture.

Arrange the scallop shells on the tray and fill them with the mixture (pour 2 tablespoons) and the cheese.

Bake in a static oven at 190°C for 15 minutes, or until golden.

Make sure that the scallops, prawns and hake are very clean before starting the preparation.

Store leftover scallops in the fridge, but remember to use them the next day.
