How to prepare baked brie with honey and chilli pepper

Cut the bread into slices and transfer them to the baking tray lined with baking paper.

Drizzle with oil and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Once the time has passed, rub a clove of garlic on the bread.

Make cuts in the top of the brie. Pour some honey on top and sprinkle the chilli and thyme.

Place in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.

Serve the cheese with toasted bread.
