The protagonist of the preparation is the banana, a nutritious fruit and rich in vitamins and mineral salts, which ensures a good charge and energy; to this we must add a few simple ingredients: cow’s milk, ice cubes and very little sugar. Advice

You can also make a banana smoothie without ice, replacing it with 200 g of ice cream; if you want a drink with a delicate flavor, choose a vanilla ice cream or fiordilatte, if you want to enhance the fruit flavor even more, opt for a banana ice cream. The strawberry and coconut ones are also excellent.

To get a texture denserreplace fresh milk with condensed milk: it will be even creamier.
