How to Bake Cauliflower

Separate the cauliflower florets and boil them in salted water.

Mix the breadcrumbs with the parmesan and the chopped parsley.

Drain the cauliflower florets and roll them in the flour, beaten egg and breadcrumb mixture.

Transfer the cauliflower to the pan, pour in the olive oil and cook at 180°C for 20 minutes.

Advise

If you want to soften the cauliflower more, you can fry it in a pan with a little oil for a few minutes before breading it and transferring it to the oven.

storage

Store leftover cauliflower in an airtight container and eat the next day.
