How to make beer chicken

Boil the potatoes in water for 20 minutes.

Remove the skin from the chicken thighs and coat them in flour.

Fry them in hot oil.

In another frying pan, fry the onion with a drizzle of oil and the rosemary.

Add chicken and season with salt and pepper.

Pour the beer into the pan and cook for a little longer.

Transfer the chicken to the pan with its sauce and cook in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.

Mash the boiled potatoes with a glass and cook them in a pan with a splash of oil.

Serve the potatoes and chicken with a pinch of salt.
