Caramel pudding: the recipe for a delicious spoon dessert

How to make caramel pudding

In a bowl, add the sugar and water and cook until the sugar caramelizes. Remove from heat and pour 30 g of water. Cover with lid to absorb.

Pour the caramel into the mold (20×10 cm) and reserve for 20 minutes or until it solidifies.

In the bowl add the eggs and sugar and mix until the sugar dissolves.

In a saucepan, heat the milk and cream and pour them into the bowl with the eggs and sugar. Mix.

Sift the prepared mixture and pour it into the pan.

Add the cloth to the bottom of the pan and transfer the pudding. Cover with cling film and pour the hot water into the pan.

Bake at 150°C for 50 minutes. Let cool after cooking.

Remove the kitchen film and take it to the fridge for at least 6 hours.

When the time is up, invert it onto the serving plate and remove the pan. Cut into slices and serve.


You can save the toffee pudding for 1-2 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
