How to prepare sea bream in potato crust
Peel and cook the potatoes in water. Boil for about 30 minutes to soften them.
Transfer them to a bowl and crush them. Add the Parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir to combine the ingredients.
Arrange the bream fillets in the pan covered with parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper, pour in a drizzle of olive oil, and sprinkle with the parsley.
Put the potatoes in the potato masher and press to get the crust. Pour more olive oil and put in the oven.
Cook at 180°C for 25 minutes.
Advice
If you prefer the dough to be more golden and crunchy, also sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on the surface, before baking.

Save what is left over in a airtight container to place in the zero drawer of the fridge and reheat it before consuming it again; remember, however, that it cannot remain like this for more than one day maximum.
