How to make cheese sticks
Mix the milk with the sugar, the dry brewer’s yeast, the eggs and the oil.
Combine the flour with the salt and add the mixture.
Knead well adding the butter to compact the dough well.
Cover with a cloth and let rise for 2 hours. Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll it out into 2 circles with a rolling pin.
Divide the dough into strips 1.5 cm wide.
Cut the cheese into small long sticks and dry them with paper.
Wrap the strips of dough around the cheese.
Transfer the sticks to the baking sheet, cover with a cloth, and let rise for 30 minutes.
Brush the dough with the milk and bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.

storage
If there are any leftovers, store the sticks under a glass bell jar: they will remain soft for a couple of days.
