It is a double burger, stuffed in the center with small pieces of Emmental cheese, then garnished with thinly sliced ​​bacon and finally wrapped in a fragrant prepared puff pastry shell, perfect to bring to the table for an informal evening in the company of friends or bite dinner on the couch in front of the TV.

The secret to preparing it perfectly is in the double kitchen of the meat that will first be browned in a pan wrapped in bacon, so that it is golden brown and slightly crisp, and then baked in the puff pastry that, sealing the burger, will leave it tender, juicy and super crispy in the bite . The result will be an exquisite and succulent dish, to accompany with a portion of baked potatoes, zucchini chips or a mixed salad, for a lunch expressed but satisfying in the family.

How to make the crusted burger
