How to make puff pastry stuffed carrots

Cut the puff pastry into strips. Wrap each strip around the cone mold.

Brush the beaten egg over the dough and bake the croissants in the oven at 190°C for 15 minutes.

For the filling: mix the ricotta with the Parmesan, the walnuts and the salt.

Fill the cones with ricotta cream and decorate with a lettuce leaf.

The puff pastry stuffed carrots are ready to serve.

storage

It is advisable to eat stuffed carrots after preparation, to enjoy them crunchy. If there are any leftovers, you can store them in the fridge and consume them within 1 day, tightly closed in an airtight container: the dough will become softer.
