How to prepare creamy spoon dessert with coconut milk and bananas
Pour the coconut milk into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
In a bowl, place the sliced bananas, vanilla extract, turmeric, lemon zest and warmed milk.
Keep the bowl in the fridge for 3 hours.
Drain the milk and pour it back into the saucepan. Add vanilla extract, salt, maple syrup, and cornstarch. Stir on the heat until the cream thickens.
Transfer it to a bowl, cover it tightly with cling film and let it rest in the fridge for 2 hours.
Place 4 biscuits lengthwise in a glass and pour in the cream. Then fill the glass with melted chocolate and serve.
You can store the creamy dessert in the refrigerator for 2-3 days well covered.
