Braided brioche: the ideal recipe for breakfast

How to prepare braided brioche
In a bowl, mix the warm water with the sugar and dry brewer’s yeast. Let stand for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
Add the seed oil, flour, salt and knead until a smooth and compact dough is obtained. Cover the bowl with the towel and let the dough rise for 2 hours or until doubled in size.
Make balls and place them with a rolling pin. Divide each piece into strips, stack them on top of each other, then cut in half lengthwise. Rotate them as shown in the video.
Transfer the bread to the skillet, cover with a cloth, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Paint the dough with beaten egg and cook the loaves in a static oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.

storage
Store the brioches under a glass bell jar: they will remain soft for approx. 3-4 days.
