If you want a dinner based on something fried and easy to prepare, we recommend the fried mini calzones; thanks to the instant yeast, it will not be necessary to wait for the dough to rise and they will be ready in a few minutes.

The filling of this recipe is made with tomato sauce, béchamel, cooked ham and mozzarella, alternating the ingredients.

Fry them for a few minutes and eat them still hot, to enjoy the steaming mozzarella.

How to prepare mini fried calzones

Combine the flour with the instant yeast, water and salt and mix with the spatula.

Add the oil and mix well with your hands.

Stretch the dough and make circles with a mold.

Fill the circles with tomato and mozzarella or with bechamel and ham.

Close in small calzones and fry them in boiling oil.

Advice

The filling can also be done in another way: use whatever ingredients you prefer.

storage

If there are any leftovers, store the calzones in an airtight container and reheat them before enjoying them: be careful not to re-fry them and eat them no later than the next day.
