How to prepare rustic ham and cheese tart

In a bowl, combine the milk and dry brewer’s yeast. Stir to melt it.

Add and scramble the eggs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, and yogurt.

Pour in the flour, salt and continue mixing until you get a sticky dough.

Butter a deep frying pan and pour in half the batter. Distribute it throughout the base.

Arrange the slices of ham and cheese. Then pour in the remaining dough and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Let rise for 2 hours or until doubled in size.

Bake in a static oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
