How to prepare soft focaccia

Combine the water with the milk, sugar and brewer’s yeast and mix.

Add the flour and mix well. Let rise for 2 hours.

Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll them out with a rolling pin. Cover the 2 loaves and let them rest for 15 minutes.

Paint the egg yolks on the bread and make marks with your hands. Sprinkle the sesame seeds.

Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.

For the dough to rise properly, place it in an airtight container.
