How I will prepare the potato omelette

Cut the onion and potatoes into slices.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and potatoes.

With a spoon, crush the ingredients into small pieces. Drain the potatoes and onion and reserve.

Beat the eggs with the salt, add the potato mixture and mix.

Pour everything into the pan and cook for 5 minutes.

Flip the tortilla and cook a little more.
