How to make white chocolate liqueur

Pour the cream into a saucepan and cook over low heat. 1.

Add milk, sugar and mix until sugar dissolves. 2.

Add the finely chopped white chocolate 3 and mix it well.

Remove pot from heat and set aside to allow mixture to cool. 4.

Add the pure alcohol 5.

Pour the liquor into the bottles. 6.

Let stand 3 days before serving 7.

Advice

If you prefer a less creamy consistency, use only milk and omit the fresh cream.

You can flavor the white chocolate liqueur with a pinch of cinnamonIf you prefer.

storage
