How to make a potato pie
Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces. Boil them in water to soften them. When ready, mash them in a bowl with a potato masher.
Add the eggs, parmesan, a teaspoon of butter, salt, pepper and stir to combine the ingredients.
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on the circular mold (22 cm) and pour in 2/3 of the potato mixture.
Spread it evenly and smash it with your hands, also covering the edge of the mold. Arrange the diced ham and cheese. Spread the parmesan.
Put the remaining compound in the sacro-doux and pour it on the strips of cake. Finally sprinkle more breadcrumbs.
Bake the cake in a static oven at 190°C for 30 minutes.
