How to Bake Potatoes with Whipped Feta
Cut the potatoes into quarters and boil them in salted water for 15 minutes.
Arrange the boiled potatoes in the roasting pan and season with olive oil, salt, paprika and pepper.
Bake in a static oven at 190°C for 30 minutes.
To make the cream: In the food processor, mix the feta, 100 ml of olive oil, 60 ml of water and the cream cheese. When it becomes a cream, add the oregano, honey and lemon zest. Continue stirring for 1 more minute.
Pour the feta cream into the dish and serve the potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and add more oregano.
Advice
Be careful not to overdo the paprika, as it may make the potatoes too spicy.

If stored in an airtight container, the baked potatoes they can also be consumed later 2-3 days. The salsahowever, should be consumed to the maximum next day.
