How to prepare snow peas salad

Clean the snow peas and remove the tips 1.

Cut them into 3 parts and wash them well. 2.

Blanch them in slightly salty water for about 10 minutes. 3.

Drain and sauté them in a pan with a knob of butter for a few minutes. 4.

Transfer the snow peas to a baking dish or dish. 5.
