Chicken nuggets with peppers and olives

Cut the chicken breast into equal sized pieces 1. You can also cut it into strips if you prefer.

Season it with salt and pepper, then roll it in flour 2.

Heat the oil in the pan and add the garlic. Let it brown before removing it. Cook the chicken in the oil over medium heat 3.

When it starts to brown, add the peppers 4 and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add olives and canned cherry tomatoes 5.

Mix well and cook until the tomato sauce boils 6.

Serve the chicken nuggets with the peppers and olives as soon as they are ready 7.


In our recipe, we used black and green olives but you can only use one type, you can also replace the Red bell pepper with that giallo or use both. You can also omit the cherry tomatoes if you don’t have them available or don’t prefer them.
