A simple and tasty recipe, very easy to prepare, which will take you a few minutes: just long enough to flavor the fish steak in a light marinade based on extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and fresh parsley, and to cook it briefly on a hot grill. The result will be a second course of the seaseared on the outside and raw in the heart, perfect for a light and nutritious lunch, or a refined dinner with friends.

For best results we suggest you grill the tuna over high heat 1 minute per side and turn it gently with a spatula. If you want it more cooked, you can keep it on the fire for a few more minutes, but be careful not to exceed the times so as not to risk making the meat hard and stringy.

You can season the fish to taste by varying spices and aromas, the important thing is that the fundamental elements for the preparation of marinating are all present and well balanced: that is, one component sour (orange juice, lime, grapefruit …) one greasy (extra virgin olive or seed oil, yogurt, coconut milk) and one aromatic (basil, rosemary, thyme, grated ginger, pink pepper, chilli…).

How to prepare grilled tuna

Prepare the marinade: pour a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil into a bowl and add the chopped parsley.
