Peel the mandarins and cut them in half.
Melt the butter in the pan.
Add the sugar and caramelize.
Place the mandarins on the caramel.
Beat the egg with the sugar and vanilla.
Add the seed oil, milk, sifted flour and baking powder and mix well to prepare a compact and creamy mixture.
Pour the mixture into the pan over the mandarins and cook with the lid on.
Turn the cake over and cook a little longer.
Sprinkle icing sugar over the cake and serve.
