Quick condensed milk cake: the recipe for a delicious dessert with 3 ingredients

How to make quick condensed milk cake
Separate the yolks and whites from the eggs.
Beat the egg yolks, add the cream cheese and condensed milk.
Whip the egg whites and combine the two mixtures.
Pour everything into the springform pan, cover the bottom of the mold with aluminum foil and transfer it to a larger pan.
Pour the water and cook in a bain-marie in the oven at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.
Sprinkle icing sugar over the cake.
You can save the quick condensed milk cake for 2 days in the refrigerator under a glass bell jar.
