You like them sweet croissants? Our recipe helps you make soft and fragrant ones. The secret is using milk and sour cream. To prepare them you need to let the dough rise and then proceed with cooking in the oven: once ready, they can be enjoyed hot or just cooled, as they are or filled.

How to prepare sweet brioches
Beat the eggs with the milk, melted butter and sugar.
Combine the flour with the dry brewer’s yeast and salt.
Pour the egg mixture into the flour mix and knead well.
Let rise for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into balls and let them rise for 30 minutes.
Mix the sour cream with the cornstarch and melted butter.
Press a glass onto the balls of dough to make the brioches.
Pour the cream onto the brioches and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Combine the honey with the water and brush it onto the buns.
Advice
If you don’t like honey, you can replace it with a little jam.
storage
Place the brioches on a tray covered with baking paper: you can enjoy them the next day, not later.
