How to make lemon cookies
Mix the flour with the butter, sugar and yeast and mix. Add the eggs and lemon zest and mix well.
Divide the dough into two long pieces and bake them at 180°C for 25 minutes.
Cut the cookies into pieces and sprinkle the top with icing sugar.
Advice
If you want them to be lighter, you can replace the butter with margarine.
