How to prepare two-tone fried flowers
Beat the eggs with the sugar, salt, vanilla extract, olive oil, milk, vinegar and butter.
Add the flour and baking powder and knead well to form a firm dough.
Divide the dough into two parts and mix one part with the cocoa powder and milk.
Make small balls from the dough.
Place the white balls into the chocolate ones and vice versa.
Close into slightly larger balls.
Roll out the balls and make cuts all around the edge.
Turn the cuts side out to prepare the flowers.
Fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
Decorate the fried flowers with the cream and chopped hazelnuts.
You can replace the chopped hazelnuts with chopped pistachios.
Place the leftover biscuits in a container, they will remain fragrant for about 3-4 days.
