How to prepare chocolate baskets
Attach a strip of parchment paper around the empty wine bottle.
Melt the dark, milk and white chocolate.
Use the melted chocolate to create a pattern on another strip of baking paper.
Attach the foil around the bottle and leave in the fridge for 1 hour.
Remove the bottle and baking paper.
Fill the chocolate baskets with the custard and berries.
The filling of the baskets can be made in different ways, based on personal tastes.
If you have leftovers, place them in the fridge: they will keep intact for a couple of days.
