How to prepare zebra crêpes

First, prepare the white dough. Beat the eggs with the vanilla sugar.

Add milk and flour and mix well.

Then move on to preparing the cocoa mass. First, beat the egg with the vanilla sugar.

Add milk, cocoa powder and flour. Mix well.

Transfer the cocoa mass to the caramel bottle and form a spiral in the pan.

Pour in the light batter and cook the crêpes on both sides.

Spread the hazelnut cream on the crêpes and roll them up.

Advice

If the pan is preheated, cook the crêpes for a couple of minutes on each side, turning them quickly to avoid burning.

storage

If left over, place the rolled crêpes on a tray and store them in a cool, dry place: they will stay soft until Next day.
