How to make cherry and yogurt baskets

Pit and cut the cherries into pieces.

Beat the egg with the sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add cornstarch and yogurt.

Combine the flour with the sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder.

Add the butter and mix with a fork. Add the egg and mix well.

When the dough is smooth, make balls.

Put the balls in the muffin molds and blend well to prepare the base.

Pour in the cherry-egg mixture.

Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.

Dust with icing sugar and serve.

Advice

If you want, instead of icing sugar you can add a little cream.

storage

Store leftover baskets under a glass bell jar – they’ll stay soft longer. Remember, yes, consume them in a couple of days, because the cream could spoil.
