How to make ham and cheese rolls

Boil the potatoes and peel them. Mash them with the butter, salt, pepper and parmesan.

To prepare the béchamel: melt 30 g of butter in the pan and brown the flour for 30 seconds. Gradually add milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes until the cream becomes thick.

Spoon the potato mixture over the slice of ham, place a piece of cheese in the center and wrap the slice. Repeat for at least 9 more rolls.

Put the rolls in the mold, pour the bechamel sauce and sprinkle the top with grated cheese.

Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. The ham and cheese rolls are ready to serve.
