A few e’s are enough simple ingredients: a few slices of bread, tomato sauce, cheese and finally sliced ​​black olives.

The bread is cut into rectangles, stuffed with tomato puree, seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, salt and oregano, then decorated with strips of edamer, laid out like bandages to simulate themummy effect, and sliced ​​olives for eyes. Finally, the pizzas are put in the oven for a few minutes, just long enough to melt the cheese, and finally served hot or warm, for a tasty appetizer.

Instead of bread, you can also use another type of bread, puff pastry ready-made or pizza dough; you can replace the edamer with another curd cheese you like, such as provola or scamorza. How to make mummy pizzas
