THE oat baskets they are easy, light and delicious sweets, ideal for breakfastthe snack or to serve as exquisite dessert light at the end of the meal. In our recipe we made the baskets with oatmeal, peanut butter and banana: once the ingredients have been mixed, they will be placed in the muffin cups, so as to obtain baskets. We then stuffed the baskets with raspberries blended with chia seeds and maple syrup and covered everything with melted chocolate. How to prepare oat baskets

Mash a banana in the bowl 1.

Add the oats and peanut butter. Stir to combine the ingredients 2.

Distribute the mixture into the muffin cups and spread well with a spoon to obtain baskets. 3.

Blend the raspberries with the chia seeds and maple syrup 4. Get a creamy mixture.

Pour the smoothie into the baskets and arrange it with a spoon 5.

Cover all the baskets with melted chocolate 6.

Leave in the freezer for 15 minutes to harden the baskets 7.

You can also fill the oatmeal baskets with Greek yogurt And fresh fruit or with jam, chocolate topping or with the ingredients you have available.


You can store the oatmeal baskets in the refrigerator for 2 days in an airtight container.
