The flatbread with rice flour is a preparation without gluten, ideal for those who are intolerant to gluten or for those who want to make a lighter variant of the classic piadina. Advice

You can substitute the milk for the same amount of wateradding 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil. You can also fill the piadina with rice flour with sweet ingredients like hazelnut cream, jam, Custard or as you prefer.
