How to prepare potato and egg squares

Boil the potatoes in water and chop the onion.

Melt the butter in the pan and fry the onion.

Cut the cooked ham into squares and add it to the pan. Cook.

Peel the potatoes and grate them. Add the cooked onion and grated emmental and mix.

Also add the Greek yogurt, mustard, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.

Brush the oil into the pan and spread the mixture. Bake at 190°C for 25 minutes.

Make 6 holes and fill them with eggs. Bake for another 12 minutes.

Advice

If you don’t like Greek yogurt, you can substitute low-fat yogurt.

storage

Store the squares in an airtight container to place in the zero drawer of the refrigerator. Remember, however, to consume them within a couple of days at the most.
