How to prepare puff pastry and meat pockets

Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, olive oil and garlic 1.

Divide the puff pastry into two rectangles 2.

Place the first rectangle on the pan horizontally and spread the minced meat over it 3.

Place the second rectangle vertically and spread the remaining meat 4.

Fold the sides towards the center to close it in a small bundle 5.

Pour the olive oil into the pan and cook on both sides – this will take about 4-5 minutes 6.

The puff pastry and meat pockets are ready to be served 7.

storage

It is advisable to consume the pockets of puff pastry and meat immediately after preparation. Alternatively, you can keep them in the fridge for 1 day, in an airtight container.
