How to make savory brisée dough baskets

Cut the shortcrust pastry into circles (they should fit the muffin tins).

Butter the muffin pan and place the circles in the cups. Press with your fingers to make it fit well. Prick with a fork to prevent swelling during cooking.

Mix 3 eggs with ricotta cheese, yogurt, sunflower oil, pepper, salt and oregano.

Pour the mixture into the baskets. Then add the grated cheese, chopped ham, peas, corn, bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes.
